We have worked with TeleSupply for several years now. They are reliable and efficient. We used them for a big project when we moved into our new facility to create a computer room and run drops in all the new offices. Definitely recommended! Flor Lazcano

We have had a 6 phone business system with Telesupply for the past 3 years. The system has been flawless. The tech support at Telesupply has been great. Whenever we needed them, they have been prompt and efficient. Another great plus for me is that they are a local company and they can response on-site if needed. So far we have not needed them to come to our office. They can take care of most problems from their central office. Emanuel Grain

    Any Questions?

Telesupply is a cloud-phone system company. We have put literally, 1000’s of hours into learning cloud phone system technology and educating ourselves on where telephone systems are moving. The dangers of maintaining an old phone system are plentiful. Mainly, we can’t get manufacture support, the replacement phone system parts are over 10 years old and if anything happens while the phone system is under our care, we would feel responsible. Cloud phone systems carry a less expensive cost of ownership, better return on the investment and often-times, reduce monthly expenses immediately. It also is much more versatile in these times with remote workers and teleconferencing. Cloud phone systems are also highly redundant and reliable.
The short answer to this question is, our phone service is very reliable, highly reliable. Our technology operating center is located in Boston, MA. This location is a highly reliable 5 nines facility. 5 nines means, 99.999% up time. This location has multiple internet circuits from different carriers, has high security measures and has industrial generators for electricity back up. If that wasn’t enough, there is also a redundant site located in Colorado, that takes a snapshot of Boston every night So that in the unlikely event that Boston goes down, Colorado kicks in with in seconds. This is actually tested once a quarter in the middle of the night.
If Telesupply has installed a cloud phone system at your office and the internet goes down, there are a couple if things to remember. One, your phone calls are not taking place on your premise, so, no you will not lose calls. The calls will just be re-routed to another source. Two, remember that you will have an app on your cell phone that you can open up and make and receive calls from, for as long as the internet is down. When you make a call from your smartphone app, the person that you are calling will see your office number, not your cell phone number. The only thing that will not work in the event of internet going down is the actual desk phone. Auto attendant and voicemail boxes will still work.
Telesupply charges a fee per user that is all-inclusive. As part of this fee, Telesupply incurs the upfront cost of the phone. This allows us to keep the down payment for the customers as low as possible. If the customer would like to pay for the phone for a write off on taxes, an arrangement can be made, but it will not lower the monthly cost enough to justify the expense. Also, it is important to remember that when we provide the phone it is always under warranty and we take the responsibility for its proper function. The customer does not need to worry about unforeseen expenses in the future.
That is a very good question. The answer is no, you will not need to re-wire your entire office. There are a few options that we have to mitigate that costly expense. The first one is, doing a pass-through with your existing computer wiring. This allows us to plug the cloud phone into the wall data jack and the computer into the phone. Second option that we have is utilizing the customer wifi. Yes, our phones can work off of the wifi without using the internal wiring of your office. To make sure you are comfortable with this, we always conduct a ‘discovery meeting’. We can fire up a cloud phone right at your office without interrupting your existing internet or network.
Yes! At Telesupply, we understand that some businesses have had their phone numbers for decades. We will not lose a single phone number and will bring over every number that the customer wants. This is part of our meticulous process of conducting our proprietary step by step approach of making the cut-over seamless and painless. Our goal is your satisfaction. Although no customer is alike, our approach is time tested and support team approved for minimum down-time.
All of the programming and set up is done before we even get to your premises. The beauty of the cloud is that we can accomplish 95% of this before we even deliver the phones. By the time we deliver the phones we will already have the phone ready to use. We just forward your main number from your current carrier to your new cloud phones and you are ready to use them right away. It usually takes a couple of weeks for the losing carrier to release your phone numbers, but by then, that is just a formality. There will be no down time for that to happen.
No, Telesupply becomes your new phone company. The only thing that we cannot provide is internet. So you will have to keep that with the current provider or in some cases we can find a less expensive carrier to provide good quality internet. The only other thing we cannot provide is the analog lines that you may need for your fire alarms. Telesupply can provide 800 service, telephones, toll usage, cloud phone service and also on-site technicians for installation and on-going training.
